Job Description

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:  

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Social Sciences, Economics or any other relevant field 
  • At least 1‐3 years of relevant experience with national and international sports program.
  • Strong knowledge of current literature on Footballskills, football for development and youth engagement through sports.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Excellent oral and interview/presentation skills in English and Nepali.
  • Demonstrated skills in analytical writing.
  • Experience in publishing training manual or any document in football is an asset.  
  • Fluency in English and Nepali at professional level is essential.  
  • Good knowledge of computer applications especially MS Office
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Strong skill on football training design and facilitation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas.
  • Excellent negotiation, representation, skills and the ability to work comfortably with an ethnically diverse staff in a very sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
  • Ability to work effectively with an ethnically diverse team in a sensitive environment
