Job Description

Position: Monitoring Evaluation And Learning (MEAL) Officer (OCH Grade 7)

Location: Okhaldhunga Community Hospital, Okhaldhunga

The main job responsibility is to establish, modify and update the monitoring, evaluation and learning systems of the OCH CBR programme.

Qualification and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management with a monitoring and evaluation subject, or other relevant field;
  • Minimum of two years of experience relevant to field, including community development/community-based inclusive development;
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s contemporary environmental, social, economic and political issues;
  • Good understanding of working with people with traditional attitudes and beliefs;
  • Knowledge and ability in using computer-based data analysis, participatory methodologies and digital survey tools;
  • Good networking, facilitation, persuading and influencing skills
  • Good communication skills in English language
