Position: Cluster Team Leaders -2 (one based in Doti and another in Bajhang)
The Cluster Team Leader is a key position in UMN, representing UMN in the district. The main role of the post is to lead a multi-disciplinary UMN team based in a specific location in order to effectively implement UMN’s strategic plan in that area.
Qualification and experience:
• Masters Degree in any field from a recognised University (Masters Degree in Management and/or Development Studies preferred);
• More than 5 years of experience in social development work with people management experience (preferred);
• Spiritually mature, with a passion for developing others;
• Proactive;
• Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with a broad range of people;
• Advanced planning, budgeting and organisation skills;
• Willingness to travel;
• Excellent language and communication skills in both Nepali and English.
