Job Description

Position: Master Chef (Indian)

Direct Report to Executive Chef, candidates should be able to manage the production independently in all operations aspects and solid food preparation (Indian Cuisine) from conception to execution 

  • 5 years of min experience in the Executive Position with hands on experience in 5 star Hotels. 
  • Diploma in Culinary or work experience having 10-12 yrs abroad exposure with reputed branded hotels specialization in Indian Cuisine.
  • Good communication skills and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
