The job involves to manage and coordination of different level of chefs in F&B Production Department. He should have the knowledge of different cuisines and menu planning, presentation for various outlets. The candidates should have the thorough knowledge of different cuisines. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position in a reputed 4/5 star hotel. BHM or Diploma/Degree holder from a recognized catering institute is preferable.
