Position: Jr. Kitchen Executive/Jr. Sons Chef/ Sous Chef Master Chef (Indian Cuisine) -1
Candidate should be able to manage the production independently in all operations aspects and solid food preparation in Indian section from conception to execution. BHM with minimum 2/3 years of similar experience in Indian cuisine or 8-10 years' experience with international exposure in branded hotel in similar role.
