Position: Executive Sous chef / Sr. Sous Chef - 01
Candidates having a pleasant personality and should be able to manage the Main Kitchen production independently in all operations as well as overall administrative aspects of the kitchen. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in continental/Indian/Chinese cuisine or 8-10 years experience in S/4-star international chain note in the similar role as Sous Chef.
