Requirements:
Age: Below 45 years
Education: Bachelor in Hotel and Tourism Management or in related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position. Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs; familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, classroom teaching, simulations etc.)
Knowledge/Abilities: Good communication and leadership, good computer and database skills.
Key Tasks: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews and consultations with HODs; Conduct effective on-boarding for new joiners; Deploy a wide variety of training methods; Manage training budget and meet training metrics of Man-hours, Frontline etc as prescribed by IHG; Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
