Requirements:
Age: Below 45 years
Education: Bachelor in Hotel Management or MBA in Marketing/Finance field
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position. A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical/Finance background and good computer knowledge.
Knowledge/Abilities: Fluent in the national language and English. Well versed with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
Key Tasks: Responsible for the implementation of RM methods to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand's marketing and customers' needs; Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the Hotel, implements the Revenue Maximization strategy on daily basis, updates planning, quotes groups and alert Director of Sales, when market deviates from strategy; in charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budgets of the hotel etc.
