Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a not-for-profit company engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal child health and other health products in Nepal to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. CRS is looking for following position for its anticipated project on tuberculosis control through public private mix model in selected 6 metropolitans (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Biratnagar, Bharatpur, Birgunj) and sub metropolitan city (Nepalgunj) of Nepal.

Job Type : Fixed Term Contract (annually renewal based on performance and availability of funding).
M&E Officer : No. : 1
Roles and Responsibilities: M&E Officer will substantially contribute to the project through operationalizing the monitoring and evaluation plan and related systems and will provide technical assistance to project staff in improving the quality of results, tracking and reporting of the routine data, data verification and audit.
Minimum Qualification/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health/Statistics/Social Science from recognized university with two years of experience in relevant area of public health program/projects
Preferred/Additional Qualification: Master's degree in relevant field and experience in Monitoring Evaluation and research in health program/projects.

The Nepal Contraceptive Retail Sales (CRS) Project was established in July 1976. Its status was formally acknowledged by the Ministry of Finance in 1978. Financial support was provided by USAID through Westinghouse Electric Inc, USA.
The social marketing of Dhaal, Nepal’s first male contraceptive, was inaugurated by
Princess Prekshya in May 1978. These condoms were sold through 55 outlets in Kathmandu and generated significant sales from the outset. The project introduced Nepal’s first condom vending machine in Kathmandu in 1980.
