Job Description

  • Update and mail Daily Sales Report to concern mail addresses daily.
  • Customer follow-up for Quotation and negotiate to generate Order.
  • Interface with dealers and ensure their recommended spares are being met.
  • Ensure target achievement and sales maximization.
  • Identify the correct part number & manage the process accordingly.
  • Generate Tax Invoice and Stock Issue to clients/branch after receiving confirm Purchase Order.
  • Maintain proper filing of Quotation, Purchase Order (Complete or Incomplete for each products), Sales Order and Invoice Copy.
  • Receive requirement of customers through mails/call and record it respectively.

Job Specification

  • Atleast 1 year experience in spares parts.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
