Job Description:
  1. Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
  2. Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities and budget of an organization 
  3.  Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures
  4. Checking of all received parts/lubes
  5. Timely data entry after physically parts received 
  6. Get the pricing of new parts received through Account Dept
  7. Checking of any variation on price of Parts received.
  8. Collect Invoice, Custom Documents & Make Copies as required
  9. Prepare Goods Receiving Note & Submit Complete set to Account Dept.
  10. Keep the parts on correct location in time after received
  11. Maintain and report all the parts purchase.
  12. Timely reporting of Parts Damage & Shortage.
  13. Get Certified conformation and raise Debit Note
  14. Maintain  Stock Issue Record
  15. Fulfill the shortage parts 
  16. Location & Godown Management
Job Specifications:
  1. Methodical approach to figures and reporting.
  2. A solid understanding of inventory related best practice.
  3. Coordinating inventory related projects.
  4. Knowledge of demand and supply planning.
  5. Excellent numerical and logical analytics skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritisation.
  7. Understanding and following work rules and procedures.
  8. Excellent knowledge MS Office.
