Internship Opportunities for Young Unemployed Graduates
The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is an international, non-profit organization that has worked to support democratic elections in over 140 countries. In Nepal IFES has been supporting free and fair elections by providing technical assistance to the Election Commission of Nepal (ECN) to conduct elections; strengthen the electoral legal framework; build the capacity of election stakeholders; and enhance delivery of civic and voter education in partnership with civil society organizations.
IFES is looking for young graduates willing to learn about democracy and governance to join the organization as Interns.
ï‚· Bachelor Degree in Social Science or other related field
ï‚· Fluency in English, written and spoken
ï‚· Knowledge and proficiency in computer skills
The applicant should be able to work independently, proactive and at ease with multitasking and teamwork.
ï‚· Assist in project implementation
ï‚· Assist in field work
ï‚· Assist in report writing and translations in Nepali and English
ï‚· Assist in data collection and entry
ï‚· Liaise with IFES partners
ï‚· Perform any other duties assigned to by the immediate supervisor
