The FSP Coworker will be responsible for assisting in Family Strengthening Programme and its monitoring and evaluation in the location. Sh/e should manage documents, maintain database, arrange field visits, plan the activities for livelihood, Family & children development, and prepare reports. S/he should support in building a strong network of partner organizations and build positive relationships with the community and/or local authorities. The working station is Ghodaghodi-8, Jarahi, Kailali.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least one year of relevant work experience. S/he should have good command in both English and Nepali (both written and speaking). Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Package, email and internet is a must. Experience of working with community based organization and local bodies (DX and VDC) will be an added advantage. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude. (Preference will be given to candidates having two-wheeler driving license).
