Executive Secretary will be responsible for organizing and maintaining National Directors schedule and assisting him by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Sihe has to oontribute to the efficiency of the delegated tasks by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or relative field with at least one-year of relevant working experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having Secretarial Training. Slhe must be quick professionals with great time,nanagement and multitasking abilities, should have good language command in both English and Nepali (both wiling and speaking). Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Padiage, email and intemet is a must. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
