Executive Secretary (1): SOS Children's Villages Nepal, National Office, Bhaktapur
Executive Secretary will be responsible for organizing and maintaining National Director's schedule and assisting him by performing a variety of administrative tasks. S/he has to contribute to the efficiency of the delegated tasks by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Qualification, Experience and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Management or relative field with at least one year of relevant working experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having Secretarial Training. S/he must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities, should have good language command in both English and Nepali both writing and speaking). Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Package, email and intemet is a must.
For all the above-mentioned positions, candidates should have good command in English and Nepali languages (both written and speaking). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package. email and internet is a must. Experience of working with children and young people will be an added advantage. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
