Counselor: SOS Youth Facility Lumbini (1) Male & SOS Youth Facility Biratnagar(1) Female
The Counselor will be responsible for supporting in the social, moral, emotional and intellectual development of youths and guiding them by assessing the special educational and career requirements of an individual youth. S/he should have good understanding of professional counseling approaches and strong skill on organizing and facilitating training workshop. S/he should manage documents, maintain the data, prepare the activities for youths and reporting the events.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in Social Science or Education with at least three years' experience or Masters in Social Science or Education with at least one year relevant working experience with youths.
Job Specification
For the positions mentioned above, candidates must be below 35 years of age, must be a Nepali citizen, expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali, must be a computer literate with sound knowledge of MS office application. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
