Fill/update the documents regularly and without error as per system.
Keep records of entry and exit of documents.
Deliver and handover the documents as per order. Prepare and apply measures for safety and security of documents.
Prepare data and report as per requirement on the basis of documentation record.
Scan image, organize and maintain documents.
Check/ensure the outgoing documents are accurate.
Ensure all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing system.
Responsibilities:
