Job Description

  1. Distribute, inform and update on new demands to the sources available.
  2. Advise/request GM/OM for advertisement of demands to media.
  3. Register candidates in system, make database, check and finalize application form of candidate if required, and prepare CV of candidates as and when required.
  4. Screen, observe and forward selected candidates to GM for pre-interview.
  5. Update candidates on pre-interview results and allocate those selected in pre-interview to groups of IP classes via follow ups.
  6. Inform candidates about final interview schedule and venue, and collect candidate's attendance confirmation.
  7. Prepare documents of the candidates' confirmation for attendance in final interview accordingly and on time.
  8. Distribute final interview result, arrange for medical report and collect candidates' documents and submit to Documentation Department for Visa application.
  9. Check new Visas and report discrepancies found therein to Operations Manager.
  10. Distribute Visa received to respective candidates and arrange final medical status, account settlement and required documents for their final labor approval.
  11. Collect and submit the documents required for final labor approval and follow up for timely receipt of the approval.
  12. Co-ordinate between candidates and administration for deployment date confirmation and ticket issuance.
  13. Confirm timely attendance of PD Orientation class by deploying candidates and their deployment.
  14. Co-ordinate with GM for settlement of problems and grievances of deployed candidates.
  • Responsibility and Accountability:
  1. Responsible for the right information about demands to candidates.
  2. Responsible for screening and selection of right person at the right time for fulfillment of demand. Accountable for line-up of incapable and fake candidate for final interview/Visa application.
  3. Responsible for timely fulfillment of demand. Accountable for non-fulfillment of demands.
  4. Responsible for timely documentation of candidates for final interview, Visa application, end approval and deployment on time. Accountable for delayed documentation, improper documentation and failure in deployment.
  5. Responsible for payment collections on due time. Accountable for failure in Visa applies, ticketing and/or deployment due to collection issue.
  6. Responsible for immediate reporting of Visa discrepancy. Accountable for the loss incurred by company due to late reporting or overlooking.
  7. Responsible for deployment of candidate on time. Accountable for Visa expiry, ticket cancellation and/or no show on flight.
  8. Responsible for deployment of Visa received candidates. Accountable for cancellation, non-deployment and replacement of a Visa received candidate.
  9. Responsible and accountable for the issues and settlement of deployed candidates.
  10. Responsible for timely effort for candidate cancellation and replacement arrangement. Accountable for Visa cancellation charge and replacement charge.
  11. Responsible for security of databank, email and information. Accountable for violation of confidentiality.
  12. Responsible for provision of service to candidates underlying the Company Policy and the prevailing Govt. Law.
