Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Supporting the senior accountant and wider finance team. Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the Sr Accountant.
Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate.
Government Dues Payment (VAT and other tax payment).
Quotation Collection, Purchase Related task handling
Renewal & Registration activity
Collection of Bank statement or banks documents.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement (Monthly).
Verifying bank balances, deposits and rectifying discrepancies
Preparation of Salary Sheet.
Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
Supporting Accounting Activities as per senior instructions
Other as required
Job Specification
Must be fluent in Accounting Software, Tally
Good Command in Excel
Preference given to Male Applicants
Nepali tying
Must have 2 wheeler driving license
Capable of handling pressure & can work in odd time too as needed.
