Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executives’ Schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, presentation and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages and provide the information to the concern authorities.
  • Attending meeting to record minutes.
  • Maintain file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Make a travel arrangement for executives.
  • Open, Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including fax and email.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database system, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Coordinate and direct office employees, such as for reports, records, departmental finance, budget preparation, personnel issues etc.
  • Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
  • Meet with individuals, parties and other on behalf of executives, committees and BOD.

Job Specification

  • Good personality with presentation skills.
  • Good Communication both Nepali and English.
  • Leadership skils.
  • Well versed in Office package.
  • Nepali,English typing skills.
  • Preference will be given having experience in Manpower field.
