Select, recruit, train, orient, counsel to construct a complete office with disciplined staffs.
Manage General Administration & Operations of the Company.
Correspond and Co-ordinate with Chairman/Managing Director, Clients and UAE Office.
Co-ordinate and maintain relation with Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations.
Prepare and manage annual budget.
Co-ordinate with local vendors i.e. Ad Agencies, Travel Agencies, Hotels, Media, Suppliers, etc. and settle the contracts.
Supervise and ensure swift and timely completion of legal formalities upon Demand Letters and Receipt for the recruitment process.
Conduct publicity of demand using appropriate publicity tool after due consultation with concerned department.
Prepare interview schedules in co-ordination with UAE Office.
Insure the completion of prepare purpose and implement interview itinerary, Interview arrangement including ticketing, hotel reservation, pickup/drop and venue arrangement in coordination with Office Secretary.
Plan, supervise and manage proper and comfortable stay of delegate(s) in Nepal during the Interview.
Ensure right candidates as per the client’s specified selection criteria in right numbers as collected, pre-screened and conduct IP class if necessary to prepare pool of enough candidates for Final Interview.
Crosscheck candidates' original documents as per requirements and inform concerned to avoid any discrepancy.
Issue final interview result and provide guidelines to Document Controller to prepare passed candidates documents and correspond to concerned abroad agencies as per requirement.
Check candidate's visa immediately upon arrival and report on any discrepancies found in UAE Office or Client's part.
Ensure about the complete procedures done before the deployment of candidates.
Confirm candidate’s placement status and get the deployment ticket booked and issued in co-ordination with UAE office or clients.
Identify the issues faced by candidates employed at client companies as per their complaints, and prepare for their timely response and proper solutions.
Tackle and sort-out the issues out of hand of Relationship Manager.
Use the support of Police Administration and legal procedures as per requirement to avoid unwanted activities within the office premises and act strategically to prevent such activities in future.
Record project data, analyze and prepare key result and recommendation reports for Chairman’s presentation.
Handle critical and unforeseen situation if in case occurred in the organization.
Deal with media, donation seekers, political parties, stakeholders and government authorities as per the company policy.
Responsibilities & Accountability:
Responsible for fulfilling the demand and achieving annual target set by Management. Accountable for failure.
Responsible for managing the annual budget. Accountable for over-expenses and non-compliance of budget.
Responsible for overseeing all the administrational function of the company.
Responsible for proper implementation of company policies. Accountable if candidate’sover charged against the company policy.
Responsible for selection and lining-up of right and enough candidates for final interview. If the final selection via document submission to Client then responsible for propercandidate’s pre-screening. Accountable if incase the required number of selection is not met.
Responsible for crosschecking the candidate's original documents as required. Accountable for any discrepancy.
Responsible for timely reporting if incase of visa discrepancies / errors to UAE Office /clients.
Responsible for timely issuance of candidate’s deployment ticket. Accountable if non-availability or no-show.
Managing the day to day operations of the Overseas Company.
Managing administrative part co-ordinating between the General Manager and subordinates and implementing the policies as per Company policy.
Managing for compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
