Job Description

Working Hour: Rotational within three shifts (6AM – 2PM, 2PM– 10PM, (10PM –6AM 4 days a week)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries obtained
  • Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints
  • Ascertain problem or reason for calling and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Follow up on interactions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, by communicating and coordinating with internal different departments

Job Specification

  • Must have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications and technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting would be a plus
