Prepare, Edit & Modify Official documents as needed.
Monitor day to day office cleanliness of office and its premises.
Provide administrative support to all staff/company
Assist in day to day logistics and administrative duties related to travel,accommodations, fleet management, etc.
Provide logistic support for meetings and conferences as well as assist in procuring goods and services.
Collect invoices from vendors, consultants and suppliers, process them for payment in a timely manner.
Handle petty cash and inventory management according to Company policy and guidelines.
Assist in conducting physical verification of assets and update fixed assets register on a regular basis in the supervision of Administrative team.
Assist in maintaining hard copies of documents and electronic filing system as required
Handling the office communication through email, telephone or any other sources of communication
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, postbox, etc. and route documents to appropriate person/office, and
Office security management support
Maintain appropriate records to ensure that procurement processes, decisions, and contractual agreements are accurately documented.
Support in visa processing for core staff, expatriates/visitors under the direct supervision of Administrative Team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably Bachelor’s degree Running in Business Administration or equivalent in relevant field,
Minimum 1 years work experience in administrative field,
Good negotiation and communication skills,
Good computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Nepali Typing is required
English fluency, both in written and verbal is a requirement.
