Job Description

• Manage imports through LC, DAP, TT and RTGS and prepare necessary documents and deal with the bank regarding the same
• Review the advance settlement and payments documents to ensure that the documents are in compliance with CTEPL  rules and regulations 
• Summarize stock reports and analyse variances
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Work closely with the finance and accounts department of central office for efficient operations
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis
• Ensure proper insurance coverage of the fixed assets and inventories of the company at appropriate insurance premium
• Prepare necessary documents and deal with the surveyor and the  insurance company in case of any claims of loss/damages of insured property
• Coordinate with banks, tax office or any other parties as required by the job
• Participate and support during audits

Job Specification

• Bachelor in Management of at least 2 years of Experience
• Must own two wheeler vehicle with valid driving license
• Self-motivation and commitment
• Proven working experience in Trading Company  companies of Nepal will be required
• Track record of dealing with the Banks and Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under minimum supervision and hectic work environment 
• Ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
• Hands on knowledge of XLS, Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Preferred knowledge of accounting software (Swastik)
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
