JOB PURPOSE:
- Processing of daily transactions received & sent from & to customers / affiliates / partners
- Resolving customer/affiliate’s complaint,
- Answering inbound calls/emails from customers and affiliates,
- Working in the bridge of communication between Customer/Affiliates and Bank/payout partners,
- Amendment and cancellation of the transaction (maintaining maker and checker concept along with operation team),
- Keep track, implement & Resolve all amendment & non-payment related issues,
- Present the monthly/weekly report to the Sr. Management and Board on the remarkable issues throughout the period and identified solutions.
- Perform other necessary works of the company as deemed necessary and as advised by Chairman/MD/MR/CEO/Customer support officer.
