Operation:
Responsible for planning, directing and supervising the operations
Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
Undertaking specific initiatives, activities, projects, and research assigned by senior management or on their behalf.
Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance
Establish and maintain systems and effective practices for scaled-up operations.
Managing and monitoring of staffs under your supervision
Travel few kms per day as and when required
Maintain Organizational discipline
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Logistics:
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Carry out procurement operations, including preparation/revision of documents, for services, supplies, works in accordance with the organization and donor compliance.
Prepare procurement plans with the support of project staff.
Prepare and manage contracts through overseeing adherence to contractual agreements, recommend amendments and extensions of contracts, and advise concerned parties on contractual rights and obligations, ensuring the correct conformity and timely provision of deliverables in accordance with set conditions, resolving queries and disputes with beneficiaries and contractors, processing payments, etc.
Ensure and follow up on those materials which are not procuring on time.
Identify warehouse to store project procured goods.
Support to deliver all materials at the construction site.
Properly manage all documents related to procurement and logistics.
Prepare and update progress reports on procurement.
Undertake other procurement related duties.
Regularly follow up the assets/ inventory with the coordination of Finance staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least a bachelor in administration/ BBS or equivalent education with 2 years experience in the logistics and Operation management field.

Must own two wheeler with valid driving license
