Job Description

  • Vehicles are repaired right the first time and on time as per the FRH allotted to the car
  • Advise service writer of diagnosis. cost estimate and needed repairs, also notify if repairs will require additional time, cost and work
  • Maintain dealership equipment and tools allotted, to ensure good working order
  • Put in efforts meet or exceed the flat rate time allowances to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity
  • Keep tools, work area neat clean and organized at all times
  • Attend all in house training in and keep updated with campaigns service bulletins etc
  • To achieve Ford specified training levels in specified time
  • Ensure customer car is given utmost care and attention

Job Specification

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles brought to the dealership for service
  • Conduct quality checks on work performed
  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Reports directly to the floor supervisor
  • Maintain close working relationship with parts counter person and Service Advisors
  • Trainings and experience would be a great advantage
