Job Description

  • Working with spreadsheets , sales , purchase ledgers and journals 
  • Invoice Processing and Fillings
  • Bank Reconciliations 
  • Assist in preparation of VAT Reports 
  • Recording and filling Cash transactions 
  • Track Bank deposits and Payments 
  • Assisting Other Account Related Duties 

Job Specification

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Experience preferred but freshers with knowledge and can do attitude can apply 
  • Motor cycle License holder is compulsory.
