Job Description

  • Interact with service advisor to understand the exact customer concern
  • In case of any delay in the completion time, inform the advisors with complete information an reason for delay , in order to take approval from customers
  • Responsible for dynamic updating of the scheduling boards on regular basis
  • Guide the technician for diagnosis and quality of work to achieve efficiency and required targets
  • Guide the technicians for all updated technical service implementation with effective usage for solving concerns at the earliest
  • Analysis for the repeating concerns and has knowledge for systematic approach to solve.
  • Identify the requirement of technical trainings and work out for ford training plans
  • Updating auto deal system with results and diagnosis  before closing repair orders
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the workshop equipment to maximize utilization and minimize downtime, knowledge with tools and handling
  • Inspect the vehicles on job completion to ensure Quality Control has been done prior to delivery of vehicles and ensure the signing and proper filling in of job cards
  • Lead and develop a strong performing workshop team capable of achieving changing customer expectation levels by achieving target scores

Job Specification

  • Preferably you should have degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have at least years' experience as Service Supervisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
  • Must be technically competent to understand the product and customer needs
  •  Must have the ability to plan, organize, and supervise the workshop floor and lead the team
  •  Must have the ability to deal with all levels of customer profile
  •  Must have excellent negotiating, complaint resolving and leadership skills
  •  Must be computer literate and possess excellent customer relations skil
