Initiate reports for unsatisfied customers and record all the information required
Discuss Customer feedback with GM and SM and take actions to resolve concerns
Follow up customers regularly
Close the complaint and reports only after satisfaction of customers
Co ordinate with sales OCRC to resolve customer concern in sale
Prepare DCRC analysis report
Ensure resolution rate are maintained accurately
Maintain all the customer concern report including date and time, corrective action taken , descriptions , follow ups.
Accurate Post service follow ups
Maintain Repair order reports accurately
Need to maintain close relation with the customers, so must be a very good communicator.
Should have excellent English and Nepali communication skill.
Should be a very good speaker.
Must possess a good command of computer and office package.
Must have excellent interpersonal skill and should have high patience and tolerance level to maintain close relationship within the office and with the customers
Academic background from automobiles preferable
Should Possess basic knowledge about vehicles and parts
