Workstation: Battisputali, Baluwatar, Jawalakhel, Kalimati, Gatthaghar
We are looking for young and hardworking individuals who will install and troubleshoot our cable and optical fiber services at customer end. This is a great opportunity to learn networking and FIBER-TO-THE-HOME (FTTH) technology.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Install and troubleshoot cable and optical fiber connectivity at customer end
· Provide technical support on client's end
· Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments
· Prepare customer service summary reports, follow-up and make scheduled visits to customers when necessary
Qualification & job Specifications
· Bachelors degree or Intermediate with minimum one year experience in relevant field
· Must climb utility poles and work with wires
· Knowledge and experience in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
· Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
· Pleasing personality and good communication skills
· Possession of vehicle and driving license is desirable
