HR Admin Assistant is suppose to help and report to HR manager.
Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties in our branch office.
Tasks includes setting appointments, arranging meetings, maintaining calendars and maintaining employee files and the HR filing system; answering questions, opening mail, receiving and transferring phone calls, creating and distributing documents and providing internal customer service.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Dealing all enquires in professional and courteous manner, in person or the telephone or via e-mail.
Maintain employee training records; coordinate training schedules; handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Basic Requirement :
Should have strong computer and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in administrative writing / verbal communication, the ability to multitask & outstanding organizational skills.
1+ year of working experience in management/customer service preferred
