Job Description :
With 600+ staffs in our organization, our HR team is always busy and looking for a “Human Resource Intern” who will assist the HR Team with a wide range of HR tasks and projects intended to provide him/her operational HR experience. The intern will also get to experience working with a busy HR team and also an overview in particular HR functions like employee benefits, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee engagement, training and development etc.
· Assist in recruitment initiatives by preparing vacancy announcements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and support communication to candidate as required
· Assist in conducting staff engagement and T&D activities
· Assist in induction of new employees
· Update and accurately maintain data of staffs in the HR software
· Provide administrative and general support to the team
Basic Requirement :
. Pursuing or recent graduate in BBA, BBS in Human Resources or related
· Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali
· Passion to pursue a career in HR
· Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
· Positive work and team attitude
