Job Description :

Install and troubleshoot and optical fiber connectivity at customer end
Provide technical support on client’s end
Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments
Prepare customer service summary reports, follow-up and make scheduled visits to customers when necessary

Basic Requirement :

Intermediate with preferably one year experience in the relevant field. Fresher can also apply
Must climb utility poles carrying ladder and work with wires
Knowledge and experience in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
Pleasing personality and good communication skills
Should be willing to work on morning or evening duty shifts as required.
