Organize and manage our Power & Electrical Department for surveys, site plan and to activate new PoP of the organization.
Lead, coordinate and schedule proper repair and periodic maintenance of existing PoPs and ensure equipment uptime as per the defined target
Maintains safe and healthy work environment for the team and ensure compliance with company policies and recommend policy changes as needed
Achieve the MTTR target with 24 x 7 Proactive Monitoring and Support
Develop strategic plans by periodic analysis of service outages
Provide regular trainings to the team with updates on job knowledge
Ensure effective documentation of Power & Electrical Infrastructure and Inventory
Proactive and reactive management of personnel including hiring, training, motivation, career development, reviews and safety
Basic Requirement :
Preferably Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years of experience else Intermediate with equivalent training and 8 years of work experience
With at least two years of experience in managing team or similar position
Good knowledge of Computer Networking and Hardware
Demonstrated leadership skill and ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to deal tactfully and efficiently
