Job Description

Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
Organize and maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
Assist with the accurate and timely preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are properly stocked.
Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Assist in periodic inventory counts and participate in stocktaking activities.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in using MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
