Job Description

  • Develop strategic policies and programs for the events
  • Planning, organizing, directing and controlling of overall operation of the banquet
  • Negotiate on rates and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure necessary supplies of goods for day to day operation accurately.
  • Overseeing of food preparation
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety precautions.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant costumer complains
  • Checking the quality and size of the servings
  • To oversee overall operation of the banquet
  • Conduct periodic review along with the banquet heads
  • Motivating the staffs to perform their level best also for multitasking job
  • Reviewing operational problems – guests as well as staffs
  • Responsible for planning menu, promotions and events
  • Responsible for training & appraisals of staff.

Job Specification

  • Master’s Degree from recognized University
  • Must have minimum 2 to 3 yrs. of experience in hospitality industry
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
  • Must be well-organized and reliable
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office package
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill with pleasant personality
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must have two wheeler and a valid license holder
