Job Description

  • Preparing journals, sales & purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets.

  • Ensuring all payment amounts & records are accurate.

  • Assists in maintaining proper control of the supporting documents for payments and financial reports.

  • Investigate and resolve any client account discrepancies.

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual audit.

  • Preparing sales tax invoice.

  • Preparing income and expenditure statement.

  • Preparing monthly tax payments and bank reconciliation.

  • Maintaining cash at the bank & cash in hand as well as checking online banking transactions.

  • Assisting supervisor in audit and taxation.

  • Handling all transactions related to accounts.

  • Assist with financial reporting to managers and senior executives.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

  • Must have good knowledge of Tally

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Proper commanding with Reporting Requirements and capable of handling work pressure.

  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.

  • Must have own two-wheeler with a valid license.
