Preparation and maintenance of all accounting and financial reports as required.
Secure financial information by completing data base backups and storing appropriately.
Prepare quarterly financial monitoring reports which are concise but analytical and informative enough to advise senior management of the financial position to enable their decision making
Review and improve the financial reporting systems of the company taking account of technological advances and changing business objectives.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
To ensure that the company financial reporting is kept up to date with changes in legislation; regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and taking prompt action to effect any changes necessary to achieve compliance.
Maintain project costing for major contracts and timely respond to account inquiries.
Support with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
2+ years of experience in accounting

Proficiency on emails, MS office applications, TALLY software
