Salary
NPR 480,000 to 720,000 (yearly CTC)
What You’ll Work On
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to grow traffic and leads across our product websites
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits
- Optimize on-page content, internal linking, metadata, and page structure
- Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and performance issues
- Collaborate with content, design, and engineering teams
- Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Support or lead quality link-building initiatives
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation, audits, and reporting
- Track KPIs and share clear action plans and progress updates
Job Specification
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven ability to grow organic traffic and improve rankings — with examples
- Strong understanding of search intent, content strategy, and conversion funnels
- Deep experience with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Familiarity with WordPress (this is a must)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable using AI tools for SEO automation, content drafts, and audits
- Strong English writing skills
