We are looking for QA who would like to develop and maintain quality assurance guideline procedures for all testing activities. This opportunity is for those who have completed their bachelor’s degree education and can join us full time.

If you are hired, you will work remotely but are expected to work from our office in Hadigaun (near Baluwatar) when it is safe to work from the office, likely in 2022.

What you will be responsible for?
Basic Understanding of the software QA process and defect lifecycle.
Work in a Scrum team and collaborate with Product Owners and other technical teams.
Develop and maintain quality assurance guideline procedures for all testing activities.
Develop comprehensive test cases from Requirement documents and user stories.
Communicate with management and other technical teams to understand requirements and get proper signoffs on Test Plans.
Develop and maintain test cases in an agreed format (eg excel) for test tracking and for future reference.
Perform thorough testing for Functional, Regression as well as Ad-hoc testing.
Coordinate with Business and development for severity and resolution of identified bugs.
Work with developers and users in ensuring in-depth coverage of test planning and execution.
Provide timely delivery of assigned projects and share test status and reporting to management.

How qualified should you be for the position?
Familiar with SDLC and Agile Scrum Framework.
Experience with project management tools preferably JIRA.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field
Good to have familiar with WordPress Themes and Plugins
Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills.
