It is a very simple and easy job with no pressure.
The agent is required to call hospitals in US and request for medical and billing records of the patient who have been to the hospital.
There are three stages to it
1) Confirm if the request for release of medical and billing information, sent by mail or fax, has been received by the medical facility
2) Request the invoice for the release of the information
3) Confirm the day when the records will be sent to us and the mode (fax or mail)
It is night shift starting from 6:45 pm to 3;15 am.
Excellent communication skills in English
