Analyze and translate application requirements into application code
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Analyze, debug and fix bugs
At least 2 years of professional experience in software development with core JAVA and GRAILS Framework.
Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts
Familiarity with Tomcat and Apache.
Strong understanding of MVC Architecture and various design patterns.
Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Proficient in implementing automated tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning using SVN
