1. Receive and answer all the inquiries of the customer and vendors over the phone, email & chat.
2. Check & Maintain the stock of the goods.
3. Manage the Day & Cash Book for everyday transactions.
4. Find new Suppliers for different products and sign contracts with them.
5. Coordinate with the deliver team for smooth delivering of the products to the customers.
6. Raise invoice and bills for every sales and purchase.
7. Prepare the cheque accordingly to all the suppliers for any sale made.
8. Prepare the daily reports to send the higher level management.
9. Coordinate with the web designing team for uploading of new products, web content, social media updates and web payment system.
