Crazy Media Design is seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for cold calling and email prospecting; qualifying and processing leads for the sales team; and generating summarized reports of their key findings.
This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exception phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of Crazy Media Design solutions, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal (no grammatical or spelling mistake)– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
- Communicate with all the team efficiently
- Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
- Has neutral accent or American accent
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and websites (WordPress)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (1st division)
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, lead generation or sales role in US-based projects
- Experience in working in CRM
- Has a clear understanding of the buyer persona, and different sales stage
Work Environment/ Physical Demands:
- You will be working 5 days a week
- Night shift from 07:45 pm - 05:45 am
- One hour break (15 mins- 30 mins- 15mins)
- Work involves extended periods of computer and telephone use

- You will be contacting 150 new businesses every day
- Research about the businesses online, call and email leads to qualify leads using a specified scoring system
- Identify decision-makers and decision influencers
- You will follow up with the leads every day until there is a confirmed "yes" or "no"
- Skilful in asking questions to uncover needs, pains and positioning our brand as a compelling solution
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system including notes from any conversation
- Perform duties as assigned
- Educate yourself on sales techniques
- Ability to create email templates and script, track best performing templates for improved conversion
- Suggestions and feedback on how to gain leads and get sales
- Understanding of Trello preferred
