Programme Coordinator (1) based in Kathmandu, Duration: One year
These are middle level positions in CSRC team who are responsible for managing earthquake response projects in Sindhupalchwok and Nuwakot districts. S/he reports to the Programme Manager. This position requires travel at least 70 % within the project districts.
a. Areas of Responsibilities
The Programme Coordinators take overall responsibility of effective implementation of the project in the respective district. S/he takes leadership in managing financial and human resources, strengthening partnership with community and other stakeholders. S/he takes lead in planning and budgeting, monitoring and quality assurance. S/he is responsible for producing reports as required by CSRC management and funding partner. Further, s/he supervises project staff and motivates them in achieving project results.
