Job Description

Qualification, Experiences and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Science or Bachelor in Social Science with Agriculture Diploma from CTEVT
• Ability to design training curricula based on a needs assessment and present in MS word and power point format to farmers, CRPs, stakeholders and local staff
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, organizing and conducting agricultural trainings
• Strong agribusiness and value chain knowledge and skills
• Experience in working with a range of stakeholders including private sector, government, agro-enterprises, cooperatives and farmers' associations.
• Strong written and oral English skills, experience in report writing.
• Have good motor bike riding skills with license
• Should be a Nepali citizen
