Minimum TSLC in Agriculture or 3 years Diploma in Agriculture from CTEVT or I.Sc. Ag degree with minimum of 3 year experience in relevant field.
Ability to live and travel with marginal logistic facilities in the remote villages
Proven track record in social mobilization and promotion of agriculturaltechnologies through conducting demonstrations and trainings at community level
Experience in implementation of climate change adaptation and workingexperience in Mid hills of central development region will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills, adaptable and desire to learn;
Experience in working closely with the rural communities, private sector andgovernment agencies

Willingness to work, travel and live under marginal conditions
Have good motor bike riding skills with valid license
