Lab Officer (QA Chemist) cum Bottling Hall Chemists _ Few
Graduate in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Food Science
3-5 Years'experience in quality related position in a Brewery.
Must have sound knowledge of laboratory equipment instrument maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting.
Should have thorough understanding of the brewing process and related sciences.
Must have sound knowledge of routine packaging operation and material quality checks, including analytical tests, inspection procedures, sampling sites, quality standards and documentation.
Be proficient in operating lab instruments and should have the ability to apply correct statistical tools for process standardization and improvement
Experience to perform laboratory analysis of samples collected from ETP and WTP
Experience in Bottling Hall online quality checking will be an added advantage.
